The MURATOR Publishing House and Murator magazine were founded in 1983. Since then the guide has become the most popular and highly valued publication on the subject of building, while the Publishing House has been spectacularly successful. Today, it is a major modern company with an impressive portfolio (10 monthlies, 5 thematic special publications, 13 catalogues and guides, as well as a couple dozen books).
Currently, the MURATOR Publishing House is a part of ZPR S.A. media group, which also includes Grupa Radiowa Time (network of following stations: Radio Eska, Eska Rock, VOX FM and Radio Gold), "Super Express", Super Media, IDM-net, Murator EXPO and WM Murator Projekt.
MURATOR is an undeniable leader among trade publishing houses and a synonym of reliability and professionalism. Besides Murator monthly, it also publishes other building, architecture and interior design press such as modern and adapted to the readers' needs Architektura-murator, Dobre Wnętrze, M jak mieszkanie and Zbuduj dom magazines. In 2001 the range of available publications was widened with magazines about health, travel, sports and tourism (including Zdrowie, Podróże, Żagle monthlies and others).
The values defining the Publishing House are not only promoted in our pages but also actively put into practice. Important social initiatives are organized (e.g. Asbestos-free House for Health and Safety, Warmer House - It Pays!) and competitions (e.g. Life in Architecture, An Extraordinary Doctor). The Murator EXPO company conducts fair and exhibition activity, while WM Murator Projekt continues the idea of cheap, durable and modern single family housing by creating designs of accessible houses.
The MURATOR Publishing House is also developing Murator KREDYTY (Loans) project - real estate credit consulting and agency.

Besides, MURATOR also hosts thematic websites connected with particular publications.
